After punching through the heads and into the Tasman Sea, you’re taken on a high-speed cruise out to see the whales – your skipper is in constant contact with other boat drivers to find the most friendly and approachable whale pods.

The tour departs from the Manly Kayak Centre pontoon located on the Eastern side of the Manly Wharf complex. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure and wait the top of the stairs for the vessel to arrive. All signing in etc is done on board the vessel and all belongings can be stowed on board.

OSPREY is our new vessel in 2023. Departing at the same time as Extreme II, the two boats will work together to find the most active and approachable pods. Osprey is a similar size & can travel a similar speed to Extreme II but it has a roof, regular seating and a bit more room to move around.

*On this vessel all passengers must be at least 6 years old.

Then the two boats will rendezvous offshore and work together to find the most active and approachable pods. Osprey is a similar size & can travel a similar speed to Extreme II but it has a roof, regular seating and a bit more room to move around.
